Refund policy
Returns
Crafty Wires has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return. All returns will be given in the form of store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at denise@crystallinelilly.ca. After you have contacted me I will send instructions on where to send your package. You can send the package at whatever speed you like, but keep in mind that you will not receive the credit until I physically have the item. As soon as I receive the return I will go over it and issue you a store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you are looking to exchange one item for another then you will need to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
All returns will be given in the form of store credit.
If you have received damaged items we may agree to do a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
